Looks like they have 3 separate memberships. Most sites leave something up for free to get you to pay for their premium services.

they sent an email recently stating that they are going to phase out the free odds and percentages in the weeks ahead. I've been using their percentages to spot smart money moves, yet I can't see paying $99 per mo for their first tier of service
