For the benefit of all offshore gamblers, I would like to post a trip report on GoTo Sports. The website is actually gotocasino.com and australiacasino.com.
I deposited $1750 in late december and got their 20% bonus. I quickly worked it up to $7900 in their sportsbook. I wagered well more than the required amount. Midway through my wagering their they lowered my limits. When I called them, they were very hostile, telling me that they "don't need this shit around here" (meaning line shopping). I finished wagering, kept winning, and withdrew on January 9th. After not receiving the money the next Monday (they only process withdrawals on Monday) I called a few times. I was told such things as "our manager has his own way of doing things regarding paying players" and "everyone here knows you are, you're not welcome here." There was profanity that I will not mention here. The next time I called, they told me that they had instituted a 30 day hold rule, a rule that was not in place when i deposited. The manager told me that if I called them again before a month was up, the rule for me would be 60 days instead of 30. You can imagine how I felt hearing these things from someone thousands of miles away from me with 8k of my money. The 30 days ended on January 29th, and on the ensuing Monday no payment was issued. They still owed me 8k and i had received nothing to this point. I decided my only resort against this scam shop was to enlist the help of a watchdog site. This site made some phone calls and posted my complaint on the site. Today, Monday, I called again to remind them they owed me this money and that i was calling because they "forgot" to pay the week earlier. I remained polite and was told I would be paid in full and was in fact paid all of the money today.
The fact that I got paid should not blind anyone to the despicable practices of this sportsbook. As a veteran online player, I have never even come close to being treated so poorly as with this sportsbook. Their customer service is the rudest in the industry. They hate winners, and think they have a right to alter their rules for people who win.
Please do not play with this site, there are many reputable sites out there, and Goto is certainly not one of them. Their "F" rating on sportsbook review is certainly evidence to that, as is my experience there.
