Childress is like 0-220 in plays he's challenged. I'd like to see Brad, Andy Reid, and Les Miles try to teach a class on clock management. The three of them probably couldn't show up for it at the same time.

It was beyond stupid to not go for at least a FG before the half. They still had 2 timeouts and about 35 seconds on the clock. I think they were around the 50 yard line so they didn't need to go too much further for the FG. If they had gotten that FG all they would have needed was another FG at the end of the game instead of having to go for the TD. They could have won it if Childress wasn't such a pussy. The whole team was like WTF!!! when they didn't go for it before the half and those 3 points they could have got WOULD have made the difference.

He made two critical mistakes last night: not challenging the obvious drop on the TD and running out the clock before the half. Those errors cost them 7 pts and they lost by 4.

Funny that without Favre, baldy would've been fired last season but instead got a lucrative extension. So throwing him under the bus makes him the biggest backstabbing weasel there is.

Favre isn't going anywhere. The Vikings are married to him now, which is a shame because TarJack would play better than Favre and give the team a much needed spark. The NFL won't suspend him because he is the most polarizing ratings grabber the league has. The schedule hasn't done them any favors, but they are keeping games close in spite of Favre not because of him. This team has so many holes other than Favre though. Where the F is the pass rush?

There is no better entertainment than listening to the Vikings post game show after a loss. Every caller want Childress fired now. Never mind the fact that the QB is worthless and the secondary sucks. The fans cry and cry. All pissed off because they shut it down in the first half with 30 seconds left. All pissed off because he didn't challenge the Shenko TD pass that was called incomplete. All pissed off because they didn't run it enough in the second half. Pissed off becaused he didn't go for two on their last TD.

It's not just a dumb challenge or play call or two, it's a plethora of them every week. It's stupid to fire him now, but this guy does some head scratching things.
