I'd say don't use them. Hopefully they give you a nice little bonus for saving them the time and hassle of figuring it out on their own at some point.

when i go to transfer my points, it freezes up.. then when i go back to sportsbook i have more than i had before..

On the contrary, I lost my points while transferring from the Sportsbook to my Points Wallet!
