I pay the guy $250 to rake and keep the plants watered I have him come out every two weeks .So about $500 a month in the winter $650 in the summer.

They do alot more I have them clean the windows outside sometimes ,plus a little tip is in there.Im a generous person just dont try to fuk me over.

Yeah my guy just cuts the grass, fertilizes/kills the weeds, trims the bushes/trees, cleans everything on the ground so it looks clean.

I hook him up as well.. Patron bottle every once in awhile
