OK here is the deal. Apparently the game is played in Tampa and there was a hockey game last night so they have to install a basketball floor on top of the ice and this is causing moisture on the floor to condensate. The teams couldn't practice this morning and they are still trying to mop the floors. Several players said they are afraid of injuries on a slippery floor. I wouldn't be surprised if the scraps start playing sooner in this game and keep it low scoring.
