Davon Bess v Robert Meachem

I usually don't do this, but I am need some advice on who to pick up for my Fantasy NFL team. I am dropping Heyward-Bey and I have either Davon Bess or Robert Meachem to choose from.

Who to go with?

If its a PPR league I would go with Bess. If not, I'd take Meachem

I have Bess, he is just like Wes Welker, gets alot of catches underneath and can run well after catch.

I like Bess right now. He would be good for PPR too as somebody mentioned.
