Mods make bigtime paper! HUGE! I snuck into a private mod party once and it was unreal, Ferrari's everywhere, these guys cry the poormouth but actually all make mid 6 figures and up. Every dollar we lose here gets chopped up between all of them, these guys are living the good life right about now.Comment -

I think it did much better in the previous recessions. Not this one though. This world wide real estate and banking meltdown has really hurt the gaming industry. Vegas is reeling. I think the lows have been made as the economy is no longer in a free fall and gaming companies adjust. But for front line guys like the mods and programmers its unfortunate because they have worked so hard. But like I said I think the industry will recover and already a lot of good signs out there.Comment -

I'm not sure how much they get exactly. but based on my experience... when SBR approached me last year to become a Head mod, they offered me the job and told me they'd pay me whatever i wanted... i asked for 12k a month and they said sure...
but then i decided to not do it. It wasn't worth it for me for only 100k/yr..
