Let's see since Straightwager has shot his load in the past few days, thanks to the confirmed posted email picks. He will not show his face until this evening or first thing tomorrow morning. Being a gambler for 20 years, I know unless you are on the run from people you owe to the most he could hide from us is a day, he is more likely going to come strong with a ton of plays for tomorrow say 10 to 15, then he is going to talk shit and hope he goes 11-4 or 12-3 and give a couple of 10 unit or 15 unit plays. If he continues is southward trend he will disappear for a week maybe two and regroup a story how he has 17 out of 20.

I have all of the confidence in Phil tonight, tomorrow would have to be played like game 7 of the 2001 series when we had Schilling late but lost. what do you think Brx

i took a lot of heat on here cs for the game 4 debacle. i will say i think they win tonight but game 7 will be very hard to win. pettite will have to pitch the game of his life and that might not even be good enough against cliffy.

I know, but here is one thing maybe we can hold out for, during this great run of 15 years the Yankees have won by being in front in series, when they have been behind they lost, they have yet during this run ever came from behind like they can do now, this would be the only way they have not won before, it is new it would different and exciting and more apt I am hoping, not a long shot but hey if there is a game 7 anything goes, I miss Tex's glove but his bat was silent since mid Sept. As I posted early in his 100 picks thread, I am pretty sure he tried this scam once already here. Someone posted in the NFL forum in August claiming they were a wealthy tout and were going to post their football plays all season and guarenteed they would hit 70% just to prove to everyone it is possible, and for no other reason. Had to be straight under a different name. Oh, and that other dude disappeared after two weeks of failed preseason picks so it sure sounds like him.
