Sam has worked with the major pizza chains to get these to go pretty smooth but unfortunately if Mr delivery man were to change the game on us at the door it would make it hard for us to fix the situation right then. Maybe this specific location had fraud. We'll review and take care of you at start of business. Very sorry crafter.

I ordered several pizzas and most of the time it was gift cards.. but one time it was a credit card.. No problems but I'd suggest that SBR stick to gift cards.. I just don't feel comfortable signing for someone else's credit card

I ordered 2 pizzas one night and waited over two hours. They never came and the family was starving. Apparently Sam missed the order somehow. I pm'd, e-mailed, live chat with support. Never got them. Sam refunded my points the next day but I wasted 2 hours. Hard to bitch about free pizza but it sucked since it never made it.

I have ordered many a pizza from SBR and have never had a problem. Sam does an amazing job. Only once when I started "Pizzagate" did I have problem, but that was because Sam had been out of town so I am not counting that as a problem because pizza was not in the SBR store and I freaked out and caused the Great Pizza Panic of SBR.

i remember that one...the cops were called when they couldnt verify that it was paid already, he wanted him to pay out of pocket..which i believe he ended up doing.... i never had a problem,Sammy is all over this shit like a cheap suit...you a ringa..we a bringa...enjoy...

Sam is a good guy and took care of the problem for me as good as he could. I didn't get to eat pizza but at least it got resolved. I will never order pizza from Dominos again. They didn't even give me a chance to explain how I got the pizza in the first place!!!! I kept calling them and they kept putting me on hold. I called with a blocked # and they still put me on hold. They didn't want to hear me out at all that was the sad part. SBR didn't do anything wrong it was stupid Dominos. They are idiots and will never have my business!

Pizza Pizza!!
On several occasions I have had problems with Domino's not delivering due to the fact that the credit card not being available upon delivery. I have also tried using the Dominos gift cards as well, but had many instances where I would be scammed ( less money on the card ) I keep a spread sheet with all dollar amounts as well as the tips. But for some reason (be it delivery guy adding more to the tip or whatever) I was always coming up short.
Crafter as I mentioned in the e-mail and PM I have refunded your points and am sorry that you had a BAD experience with your order.
