Philadelphia Park has done a good job
It used to be a dump but they all where,Liberty Bell,Brandywine,Freehold,Delaware park,AC race course,Garden State,Penn National,The Meadows
I remember the first time my old man took me to the track
Drove all the way from Philadelphia to Long Island
It Was the Ruffian/Foolish Pleasure match race
Traumatized me for days

Sponsey I told you to drive down from Vegas last weekend I would have met you at the border in Nogales

Philly Park is nice, Chester Downs is very nice......... Atlantic City will rot into the ocean. No one wants to see the ghetto and get panhandled every ten minutes in AC when you can go to Philly Park or Chester now.

I just came back from a Pittsburgh-West Virginia trip -- four VERY nice casinos within an hour of each other now....... The Meadows which was the nicest, Wheeling Downs and Mountaineer which were also good (and if you like Dog Racing, Wheeling is the best thing going right now -- great dogs there.) and Rivers casino right next to Heinz Field and PNC Park, which was ok. The Meadows was very nice with a poker room, bowling alley and simulcast room downstairs, and a full casino upstairs, with live harness during the day.
