Some situations people actually need help. For the mother fukkers like my neighbor that is living with the mother of his children that stop paying because they want to move and not be left with payments on a house that is underwater is criminal.

See the mom owned the house. They bought lets just say for 300k. The house was worth more, 330k. They pulled out 30k to toy with. Bought top of the line shit etc. The house is now worth 220k. Mother fukkers decided fukk that Im not paying for a shit house anymore. Took the 10k stove, granite counters, everything they wanted, skipped town. House foreclosed.
