A little Heritage Sportsbook story

One of my contacts whom I haven't yet cajoled into posting here sent me the record of a recent interaction with CS at Heritage. Apparently he did a deposit and they entered the 20% freeplay bonus twice.

His message to Heritage:

I am an honest man. It looks like you doubled a freeplay bonus on my account today (I deposited $600 - a $240 freeplay was added).

If you have given me a special deal, then that's great and I'll take it but I thought I should mention it.



The reply from Heritage:

Thanks for letting us know. Our clerk accidentally entered it twice. Please use the freeplay - guiltfree of course. We appreciate your honesty - it is rare these days. We look forward to writing your wagers this season.

I hope to get an interview with Heritage's main guy. He is colorful and one of the original guys offshore. He founded a little book we all know and that book is Pinnacle. They are good people, thats a very nice jesture on their part.

I could tell you stories as well. Heritage is the only book I use. They treat me better than I ever could of imagined. Great Book.

Flying how are their bases lines? I used them last year for football and was very very very happy with them from Day one. I withdrew my balance to move to 5dimes and a couple others for bases but would go back if their lines are good.

One of the best books I have dealt with offshore..........their bonuses were to die for.

Ive never looked into them but glad to hear good things, and stories like this are great. Now I hope that most books would react in the same manner, but that doesn't mean that the ones who do shouldn't still be commended.
