Homeless people always have money from panhandling. I know one that lives in a tent near where I work, the fukker gets $2020 a month from the government for disabilty, dude showed me the check the other night.

Most folks around here live in their parents basement, work at Pizza hut or other fast food type place, and use their SBR points to order dinner.

Are you naive? a homeless person can claim an address of a family member or a friend to have mail sent to, or just go to a Mail Boxes Etc. and rent a box. Just because a person is homeless does not mean they have no resources, the guy I know does have a cell phone. All you need for that is 40 bucks and a trip to Wal Mart.
