man...there must have been some nervous people wondering if SEA scored and that 2 pt conversion which would have made it either a 5 pt game or a 3pt game.

I just wonder if Al would have mentioned something about it though.

It would of sucked. People who bet Pittsburgh deserved to win, rather than
get a push.. any time your up by 11 with :40secs left.

I think that is why Al was suggesting they should kick a field goal like a million times, I needed the stop for my 2nd half under, and kept getting mad each time Al would say they should kick it

Boys i was cussing all and sundry out with each play. On an not unrelated matter how bad did Big Ben stink tonight, gave me several minor heart attacks.

I wanted to try to buy a middle with Pitts winning by EXACTLY 4, but it was really freakin expensive. In fact, I could have bought a "polish middle" on that 4 for the best price I'd seen all season on any such number. I was happy on that final drive that the 4 wasn't gonna hit.

But, yeah, I didn't want Seattle to get the TD and the 2-PT. That would have been pure hell.

him at Santa Anita betting with both hands!

I definitely was. I had Pitts -4 (-104) for 5 units and Pitts -10.5 (+205) for 5 units. I was glad they didn't go for the FG. Very nice ending 21-10.

Kicking a FG early is a horrible call. Any way you look at it they needed a TD. If it were 4th down you kick but go for the TD otherwise.

Hasslebeck almost had a completion on the two yard line and my TV was almost broken. They still would have needed a 2 but yes, I was sweating it out.

They kept killing Seattle for not kicking. Hey Al, the kicker already missed two long FGs, which you didn't mention that the entire last drive, and Michaels is talking like a 48-yarder is a lock. You gotta try for the TD. You can't rely on a 40-plus FG.

I had Seattle but didn't even care at that point. It would have been worse to score the TD and lose on the 2-point conversion. If there were no 2-pointers, I woulda been upset to not get the push.

i needed that bullshit TD at the end. i ended up getting seattle +5 so, the 2 pt. conversion wouldn't have really mattered to me as much as it would have everyone else. now grant it if he missed it, and it landed on 5 i would have pushed and not lost.

I thought they were going to get a TD on the last pass...I had no action, but knew the number and followed the game closely until the end...

That was not a meaningless drive. It meant a lot to people having money on Seattle and money on over 2nd half.

I had Seattle +7.5 as the last bet of my 5-fold....that Hasselback turnover at -4 really hurt....and the last drive....meaningless....

I was actually hoping for the FG. My wife had an office pool that uses the last numbers of the score. She had 1,3 and 3,1. well it was 21-10 and a FG would have made it 21-13 and hence the win and still the pitt cover of my bets. darnit anyway. The seahawks looked like buffoons on the last drive.
