I will wager any amount of points or real money anyone wants to that LA wont TOUCH my bulls 72-10. My friend in LA bets me every year. They have 10 losses by the all star break. Not gonna happen. They are 2-0 hahahahah

i have like 400.00 on it so far it is one of my other threads im trying to get anywhere between 2,500-4,000 on it

just got a part time temp job making 8.50 a hour and plan to use atleast half of my paychecks or a quarter of them on lakers winning it all.if lakers lose ohh fuking well.if they win ill be in a decent spot

you really think they will 3peat? I love the Lakers. My favorite NBA team. Kobe, Gasol, Fischer,Brown,Odom,Artest even Vujacic. That's my team. I think it's not a good value bet at +250 or so. My thinking is it's another team this year. Look for value on those type of futures. Don't lay all your eggs in one basket.

this is the way im betting right now im betting any where between 25.00-100.00 a game depending on how much i truly like a team if it wins i put like 5 percent of the winnings towards lakers winning it all

if i can get 3 to 1 odds on 3,000 thats 12,000 if they win that will set me really really good.

it will help pay off all student loans and get me out of a jam im in.

Oh I see. GL Maybe consider spreading the future wagers around on a few teams like 3 or 4 you increase your chance of winning and if you calculate correctly still get a relatively similar payout if one of your teams hit. Just my opinion. I don't play futures but that would be my strategy. Maybe someone who is familiar and a vet at futures can elaborate but I think this is the best approach.

Depends on the perspective you are looking at. Here is mine: Barring an injury to Kobe or Gasol, the Lakers will make it to the finals again. There is not a team in the Western conference that can keep up with them. So considering they have an 90% chance to make it to the finals, and betting +294 on them to win it is a steal. We can't say this about any other team in the league right now. Once again, this is strictly from this perspective. There also another perspective out that says betting on any future is just not worth it, but to each his own..

going on 4-0 and after they beat kings 5-0 honestly they can start 17-3 or 26-4 going or even 36-5 going into half the season

losing back to back who knows but all i know is the lakers truly got a chance to beat the 72-10 record all time

if i get +150 on the spurs series and +150 or higher on finals i think it is def worth it to bet them.playoffs is another story from these lakers.

I'll agree that playoffs are a whole different story, but the Lakers just look old this year. Kobe doesn't have his usually burst of speed, Bynum is showing some effects from multiple injuries, Artest can't get out of his own way.

It wouldn't surprise me if the Lakers get to the conference finals or even the NBA finals, but I don't think they can beat Boston in a 7 game series if the Celtics are healthy.
