Depends on what type of clientele and what state your running the numbers out of

Need $10 minimums meaning at least 20 tickets per drawing

All cash or jewelery to settle

Numbers are profitable

You can use actually state lottery official numbers, race track attendance (last 3 digits) sporting events attendance (last 3 digits), etc
