I talked to Rachel at customer service and let me say it was the most pleasent customer service live chat I have seen. Granted betjam is my normal live chat sportsbook and thats not great, but i am going deposit now. no pressure just good service. I will keep you updated.

You have got to be kidding. Legends has HORRIBLE customer service. Search these forums and you'll see what I mean. Did "Rachel" explain to you that they will round your bets down for you? Best of luck but I closed my account today, the first day I was able after meeting rollover requirements.

Yes, cents. The house advantage is already stacked against us. On a $50 unit the gambler loses 45 cents on every winning wager. Over the course of the thousands of bets that are made in a year those 45 cents quickly become hundreds of dollars. For high volume players like me there's no reason at all to ever, ever work with a book that's not paying the actual money line. The only reason ever to concede a greater edge to the house is if one is an idiot, a moron, an incompetent fool, or someone with no capcity for basic math. But then again, they didn't build all those pretty buildings in the sand of Nevada with the money of people who thought this stuff through very clearly, did they?Comment -
ive been using legendz also..their top book. although u cant bet more than 550 on -110 games and 500 on moneylines thats fine by most people. ive had couple thousand withdrawn from my legendz account in last few months by check and it always comes within 3 business days after i have requested. and i can say from my end they are very trustworthy.
they dont have overnight lines also which in my mind is a good thing because i like to wait until about 10 min before games start to bet games. but for some who like to bet on big games they bet overnight before they go to sleep the previous day.Comment -

Do you want to trust your money with someone about whom you're "just not sure?" They're nice enough people. But the customer service is poor, even if well intentioned. And whoever noted that they don't offer many lines is dead-on. If you're just going to bet football and basketball then they're OK. But if you want live-betting, expanded soccer, NHL lines that aren't put up until late in the day, tennis, half-time or quarter bets, go somewhere else. I just joined Heritage and I'm given to understand that 5dimes is 2nd best only to Pinnacle (which I am barred from joining as I live in the US). Maybe look at those. Best of luck!Comment -

Legendz is a very good book. Cents rounded down do not bother me. JJ can back me up. We are clasic old school gamblers. We bet 110 lines and thats it. I don't do matchbook or all these other crazy things. Legendz is a straight up classic book. It's for smaller bettors. Financially stable.Comment -
When you guys say cents round down, do you mean ONLY THE ACCEPT BET ROUNDS DOWN? Meaning if you bet to win the amount, always use a whole number? I mean if you bet $160.77 to win $103.88, does that mean bet is win 160.77to win 103?Comment -
I just opened a new account with them. In my first week of wagering, I have the following comments:
1) The 33% bonus from SBR pushed me toward them. Deposited $600, got $200 cash bonus. I think that is a great deal.
2) Lines come out late.... I prefer betting openers, so I still need other outs like 5D and Greek for that. But I was able to get a few NCAA dogs there on Tuesday.
3) Software is awful. I mean awful. Sports Interaction is better. So is BetPhoenix. So is pretty much every other book I've used. If you can't give advanced features at least keep it simple and clean (look at Greek's). Legends has very strange interface. Trying to find "pending bets" is a head scratching experience, among other typical user functions.
I don't want this to be a negative review though. Overall this has been very positive so far with a good bonus and a good safe feeling because of the SBR rating and other trusted SBR posters.Comment -

Had a quick look round the site, and like the majority of US facing books I've tried, the website does look like it was coded by a 5 year old (at least compared to sites like BF, ladbrokes, will hill, coral etc). However thats low down in importance compared to what odds they offer and what I can get on, and their payouts. Are limits $500 across the board?Comment -
