You and all of the black people in Detroit will be giving the plasma away. NO you cannot do it 2 times a week. I think that you can only do it every 3 or 4 months, but maybe the rules have changed since 20 years ago.


It is pretty painful by the way. I would only recommend doing it if you dont have money to eat. It really isnt worth the hour that it takes just for around $80. Maybe they pay more now, but that was the amount about 20 years ago. I have never done it, but some guys in college did it.

There is a Talcris place across from Gold's here....the gym has had to put up no loitering signs because those people get to the plasma place before sunlight to get on the list...then are usually there until noon or after either waiting or someone said it takes like 45 minutes to an hour to pump that crap out of you. So basically...you would spend time + gas to get there...and lose an entire day to hang out with felons and addicts for what $40? Let us know how it works out for ya
