Don't **** with knitters!!!! That's one thing I learned about Joanns..... They will tear you a new asshole if you get between them and their yarn!! One time I saw this little old lady yelling at the top of her lungs at a Joann person because they didn't have her yarn!!! That old lady was like the exorcist!!! "WHY DON'T YOU HAVE MY YARRRRRNNNN!!!!!"
