This is a great home matchup for Houston…after last week’s sub-par game. Matt Schaub will be on fire against a Kansas City Defense that has been giving up at least 230 passing yards each week against some poor teams.

The Chiefs were undefeated last week, and played their hearts out against the Colts only to be defeated in the fourth quarter. The put all their energy into that huge effort, but looked very dejected when the gun sounded. We have Houston off a poor effort now facing KC off a gigantic effort but now is one the road for the second straight week…We love the letdown factor with KC, and the we have to prove something angle with Houston. The Texans have a bye coming up next week and will be fully focused on winning this one before vacation.

The money again is on Kansas City, seems bettors will never learn. They saw the great effort the Chiefs put up against the Colts, and the bad game played by the Texans against the Giants, so they over bet the good performance. Remember, no team is as good as they look, or as bad as they look.

I think the Saints are the best pick this week. I know the Bucs are the sexy pick here with a much improved team from last year, but the Saints are WAY overdue. They have lost five straight against the spread. I expect the game to be similar to the PIT/TB game a couple weeks. Saints get the Offense and Defense rolling today...
