I wish your mother and your family the very best. Just a week ago, my mother was diagnosed with multiple myeloma - a somewhat rare cancer of the blood/bone marrow. Thankfully, both that and breast cancer are treatable. If you ever want to just talk/vent or something, just PM me

Best of luck to your mom, Carmelo. It's tough, my mom had breast cancer and it went in remission for 5 years but spread to her liver. She lived another 2 years after that. My mom never went to the doctor, so check ups are so important.

The best treatment and advice is for you and your mom to keep a positive attitude. It sounds so cliche but it worked wonders. I bet I had my mom 6 years longer because of it.

*Little update* The Biopsy will be on Monday at 7:30am, depeding on the lab results I guess they will decide when to do the surgery. Probably Tuesday or Wednesday. Mi mom has a cold right now, and the anesthesiologist recommended that it will be safer to do the Biopsy without the cold. So they are waiting to see if by Monday she is cured from the cold.
