I was there after the Super Bowl last year, and this is the best restaurant in the USA, the food is like anything you will have this side of France. People order the mashed potatoes for a main entree that"s how good his shit is I cannot say that I will ever eat another meal better then the 5 course meal that I had here for the rest of my days.

If we are talking the BEST steak in Vegas, you go to the steakhouse at Circus Circus. Delmonico's is strong, but there are many places in Vegas i could think of that rivals that.

Diggity, they have FANTASTIC cuts of Kobe. It is Brazillian and Japanese. the menu is eclectic. Just a great spot. Cute girls, good food. Spot on service (especially from Natalie)

Carnevino at Palazzo has a better steak than Delmonicos. Get the bone in ribeye.

Sushi Samba is good. A bit spendy for what it is, but their rent is insane. For excellent asian food try Ichiza and Raku up on Spring Mountain.
