It's 10 K---but they give financial aid---Joe Benigno(WFAN) got his start from that school.It's also close in location

Radio guys don't have to "have the look". They just need the knowledge and voice.Damn,if John Minko or Chris Carlin can be famous,JJ. Gold can't? You're underestimating your abilities

A buddy of mine went there, he still works night crew at Stop&Shop last I knew ( but under the old contract for like $25/ hour). I doubt CSB places many, but I may be dead wrong. I think being a hot young chick helps even in radio?

It probably boils down to knowing somebody and having an "In" like most things. Broadcasting would include TV as well as radio and more. Have you ever seen an ugly "weather girl" ?

A DJ on a radio station does little, IMO. You have a playlist to stick to , and you should be playing 50 minutes an hour of rock or whatever, then 8 minutes of ads, 2 minutes for the DJ to tell you that was the Rolling stones, Eagles, Whatever....can that pay over 40-50 K sounds easy to me ? A Howard Stern, Rush L., , etc. can get big.
