Wisconsin isn't the team people thought they were. OSU will be able to run the ball at will.

As for Illinois, I think Mich State wins by two touchdowns there. They play at home, Mich State has that great ball control offense, and a tough defense.

I def like Ohio State in this one, but I'm not too sure about Illinois. Sparty has taken everybody by surprise with there smothering defense. I'm not sure a weaker type Michigan team will give them trouble.

a conference road win is a conference road win.. doesnt matter if its by 4 or 14. SURVIVE. make statements at home by beating michigan by 4 touchdowns.

You think Boise or TCU will pass Ohio St if Ohio St is unbeaten ? no chance. Only Oregon has a slight chance to do so, and even if that happened, OSU would be #2 and in the title game

I agree with your prediction, though Tolzein is actually a good quarterback. He's completed 70% of his passes this year for 1200 yards with 7 touchdowns and only 2 interceptions so saying he is "one of the worst qb's out there" is just stupid.

I am all over Michigan St. however. Illinois has a very weak offense that has benefited from playing some pretty weak teams thus far. Granted their defense is good but Michigan St. should be a double digit favorite in this one.

I love the Buckeyes here. However, the only reservation I have is Jim Tressel. Laying points with this guy is scarey. He plays no to lose. My suggestion is find the best OSU ML price and play that.

Normally I'd agree with you, but with line as low as 3.5 right now I think it's pretty safe, buy to 2.5 or 3 maybe.

i would be at 70% as well if i NEVER attempted a pass over 10 yards and other than a few bubble screens and quick 2 yard slants...all he does is hand off to one fo 10 RB's they have....he has a less than stellar arm and CAN NOT WIN THE BIG GAME, and that's the proof thus far in college and in HS

I like OSU too, but the line and line movement scares me. I also think Illinois is very underrated, they lost to a good Missouri team and OSU (both of which are undefeated) and played competitively in both

This has to be the best quote in this whole thread. What would they have to do to impress you? They dominated the entire game against a pretty good Miami team and have crushed everyone else, with the exception of Illinois. Even in the Illinois game I think that most SEC or Pac-10 coaches would have pressed much harder to win the game by more, but Tressell was content with running the ball the entire fourth quarter since Pryor got hurt.

As for this game, I think that Ohio State will win and cover, but it will be a tight ball game. Ohio State always struggles against Wisconsin, and playing at Madison is never an easy task.

Illinois did play competitively against Ohio State. But Terrell Pryor was hurt for a lot of that game which made Tressell reluctant to do anything to extraordinary. Had Pryor been 100% they might have been airing the ball out a lot more or calling QB runs. Plus Illinois' offense wasn't getting much done against the Buckeye D.
