AWESOME movie I totally agree about Mickey getting robbed for the Oscar. Glad Marisa got it she was great. And its a real movie too, indy wrestlers go though that daily. Its not all the lights and fireworks of the WWE

Bateman:we have our fights but you're on the money.this is a great movie and I can watch Marisa Tomei all night long.Two funny scenes are when he goes crazy in the deli at the supermarket and when he plays Nintendo against "Adam the kid" and beats him with the "Ram Jam"(totally stuck in the 80's)

I went to the 1st Wrestlemania when I was 13,I love the storylines. "Randy the Ram" was typical 80's

I really want to see this movie. Had it downloaded on my MacBook but that fried itself so I never got around to watching it. Is it gory at all though? I don't like realistic fight scenes.
And yeah, Harvey Milk was amazing too.

it was very factual. i will say that.... a buddy of mine from high school which most of you would recognize if you watched wresling in the 90s reminded me of this movie to the T.... guy was a big star, and now he wrestles in high school gyms and state fairs..... sad actually

Great movie. The ending was a little depressing. This is probably a very accurate account of a wrestlers career. Once you are old and washed up there's nothing left. They need a wrestlers union
