Who Can't Picker a Winner This Year in CFB?
4-5 years ago I could literally pick 55-60 percent. I can barely hit 1 of 5 now. I think given the fact the playing field has evened up more when it comes to athletic talent and the lines have tightened, that lines that look like gifts, really aren't.

    Any thoughts?

I feel this way about NFL but not CFB.

In fact I feel this way about NBA and MLB as well. The large market pro sports are pretty much unbeatable without medium to advanced mathematics. Even if you are lucky enough to have that, the number of plays diminishes to less than 1 per week.

CFB however is ripe because there are so many games each week and many people don't even look at the smaller games. The big name games get way overbet, when in fact the best value is on the smaller games.

Try your hand at some small non BCS teams. Or try weak non-top-25 teams. For instance Maryland plays Clemson this weekend. What would you make the line on that game? How about Idaho @ Louisiana Tech?

You have to search for them.

nfl and nba are by far my worst. I do very well in college ball, both gridiron and court, and over the course of a season I do very well in MLB.

I have been getting slayed by nfl, but doing very well in college, so I'm not up much this year at all. Thinking about boycotting the nfl betting

Every year theres a few games in college I go super heavy on, like 'bama/Penn St. week 2, I use those winnings to pay off my losers. I never find games like that in the NFL.

Wish I had the discipline to only bet games I feel are somewhat "locks", instead of talking myself into betting on 'bama over SC. or Mich. over Mich St. and then not being suprised at all when I lose. Air Force can kiss my ass.
