    craigslist question for the forum
When I list something for sale, or am looking at items, how do I do it for the whole US???

I mean, when I list an item for sale I have to put a geographical area first, my area is the Tri-Cities, TN, but I want my items to show up whenever anyone searches in the US, but I dont guess its set up that way????

Also, when I search, say boats for instance, I have to pick an area then search & it just shows for that area. Is this right or am I doing this stupid shit wrong????

so if I want my ad to be seen in another area than my own I have to go & post it in that area also??? What a pain in the ass. That shit takes a while when you're listing say 10 items each with 2-4 pictures

you can't list all over the US unless you manually do it and ALL the cities. you can however search all the US here

Yeah there is no US listing. And trying to list an identical post in other cities will result in an error.

Profit, you near Dover? I'm looking for some info in Dover.

The whole idea behind CL is for "local" sales/services. Im guessing you dont like e-bay?

I've just had better luck on craigslist in the local area & recycler.com is great also. Ebay just seems to be a pain in the ass for me
