An incredible group. Many diverse degrees from all over the planet. My daughter is struggling to be accepted into graduate school. She has worked so hard and made so many sacrifices and I know you guys have too. It will pay off and you will always have something that few are capable of achieving.

Yeah, and I've worked in the journalism (English) area too. Two other majors could have been English and History but I stayed technical for the money...hated Dutch, tho...crap language.

Useless waste of $$. I have two and make more money doing what I did while I was paying for school. College isn't nearly the ticket to a better job like it was 20-30 years ago.

University education in general is not what it used to be, either. When you're in high school you get all this advertising that makes young guys think that you're a nobody if you don't have a college degree and you see a lot of people going to college like they go shopping, you know, they get a degree out of inertia, without real passion. And what do you get at the end out of this marketing/education establishment? A huge debt with mounting interest...

I earn 40 K GROSS and less than 30 K NET pay.

I owe $125,000 related to student loans and the fees and interest.

Getting the degree was pretty much the dumbest thing I ever did and that says a lot. I once punched a 250 pound blck guy who was playing div 1 college football at the time. I punched him right in the face and then well I dont remember much else.
