#4Like Steve said, they're not supposed to talk about it.. But you know all coaches take a look at the spreads.. And a coach like Spurrier not only looks, but takes the chances to give his backers the cover.. They're something like 7-2 in their last 9 as underdogs.. Cheers to a coach that puts cash in my pockets..

#5Spurrier wants money in his program & the boosters give that money. They also gamble like Brock landers on meth & expect their coach to cover the fukin spread.Comment -

#9Of course he does!
Anyone in sports knows if people say "they have no chance".
It is a huge motivational tool to yourself much less your team.
Could not really tell you about the 2-1 shots I won with but the horses that paid 50-1 or more...Hell yeah!Comment -

#10I remember a game a couple years back. I'm pretty sure it was at LSU. SC was way behind, but not near being shut out. Too far behind to win. They got in or near the red zone with like a minute or so left. The standard play is to go for the touchdown. Even though you can't win, that's what you try to do. SC lined up and kicked the field goal thereby winning ATS and screwing up the bet I had on LSU. I swore at the time that the only possible reason he'd do that is that he knew the spread and was coming through for anyone who put money on SC. Now one can never know what is truly in the heart of another but I could see no other explanation. It's not like they were about to be shutout and wanted to get some points on the board. Now that you have this thread going it makes my original suspicions even stronger. And... Might make me a little more willing to bet on SC, knowing Spurrier might come through for you if he gets the chance.Comment -

#11Where the hell did the video go? You can't play it here and I couldn't find it on You Tube. Did the NCAA spike it? Anyone have some clues on what to look up?Comment -
