I do too but I think ATL is 1-5 in last 6 in cleveland if i'm not mistaken, hence the low line.

Throwing that out the window I think cleveland bounces and plays flat after winning emotional Rivalry game vs cincy last week, and ATL gets their ish together after almost losing to SF last week in an UGLY 16-14 win.
