Should Iowa State disband their football program?

Iowa St. probably won't win another game this season. But every conference has some team that doesn't belong. Temple got booted from the Big East and last year they were a bowl team. If any team should be disbanded, the loser of the New Mexico-New Mexico St. game is a good choice.
