It has to be devastating. Of course the loss of revenue will be attributed to the loss of John but we know the real story.
How much money will the loss of JJGold cost SBR?

#4Nothing personal, but JJ is advertising losing. This attracts losers. This lowers the level of this forum from a betting perspective. His popularity here is quite interesting. If I were a bookmaker I would love people to buy into an undisciplined approach to betting. Imagine what this place could be like if the primary focus was on winning instead.Comment -

#5You helping Hank play hardball? He did ask you to call him in his video today.
Losing him would be a big blow, I'm not sure a free contest or two would do enough damage control. I'd be shocked if a new deal wasn't reached with him. Do you know if any other offers have been made to him yet, or would you rather not post that here?Comment -

The loss of a good capper like Jay Edgar was a loss. Three guesses why he left. The choice is between:
1) good cappers who help each other to win,
or
2) someone who 'helps' you feel alright about losing.Comment -

#8The money loss would be staggering. I know I have made a few dimes off fading him and the people here who are not retarded are making good money from fading JJ. Still, he is like a plague of rats and needs to go but never will because he is a loser and has no friends and this is the only place he gets any attention.Comment -

#17An absolute classic post Picantel...Seriously, doesn't JJGold remind anybody else of Cold War Albania?Originally posted by picantelThe money loss would be staggering. Both had/have little to no impact on the world scene, yet feel they are the center of their respective universes. And every now and then, when they are not getting enough attention, both start up some sort of dramatic soap opera in an effort to grab center stage. Both would talk a lot of bluster and shake the fist from time to time, but are completely harmless, kind of a comic relief outlet periodically. JJGold Hoxha. Bizarre comparison I concede, but one I've always felt.
My apologies to any Albanians who might be offended by the comparison.....Comment -

#18Yes, the losses would be staggering, and it's very doubtful SBR will be able to survive without JJ. We do have some contingency plans that I'm not at liberty to discuss in any detail. Let's just say they involve bringing in a new resident fade whose initials are John Layfield.
Oops.
Anyway, I'd really like to hear more from Benz about his JJ-Costanza system. I'm thinking we should get Ganch busy on a new JJ-Costanza Calculator.Comment -

#22Ever wonder why 45% of the threads involve you?...could it be because you post in nearly every thread?...not to knock you off your high horse or anything, but i see no reason why posters come here because of you...for one, you advertise losing...people want to win on these forums, not bitch and moan all day about losses...personally i think you leaving is a good thing...when you announce your bets, i think you kill the entire game for a bettor...your picks create indecision because you lose a lot...anyways, those are my thoughts...whether SBR loses or makes money on you leaving who knows...and frankly, who caresOriginally posted by jjgoldThe forum is going to be dead like before I came back

#23With jj gone this forum will make an additional:
$1250.45 the first month

From that point the benefit of jjgold's absence will begin to plateau as nobody will remember or know he was here in the first place.Comment -

JJ, you f&cking start 45% of threads, you tool. Some of which contain such valuable gambling insight as "Which guy is the best looking poster on SBR?" and "What should I eat through a straw after my local crushes my larynx?"... You epitomize the more threads-less substance problem that has been plaguing this board.Comment -

We can have 10 posters talking to each other about what a 4 team parlay pays and what advantages there are too middling.
Lol this is the new generation, forums now are a mix of sports, gambling and more importantly entertainment.
