when the home team is incorrect on the rotation

what is the official ruling as to whether it is a bet or not.
this week arkansas was listed as the home team last week the same thing happened (i dont recall which game)
anyone know the official ruling on this situation?

I'd guess it's a bet. Where's the book? Europe? Remember, soccer is listed opposite as American football. They may use the same system for football as soccer. Just a guess though.

I would think it's a bet too....does the rotation number even matter?
