You can stay here and deal with the new management, and if they're not willing to accommodate you with whatever you're after, round up as many heads as you factually can and try to work out a deal at EOG. While the base pay might be a little less, you'd probably get a nice bonus for bringing enough posters over there.

Your following is pretty loyal, guys here who would go see your videos elsewhere are also active posters themselves. Your fan base would not just register as a favor to you and seldom/rarely post, so I think any forum owner would consider that if you presented them the hard #'s of the people you'd bring in.
