Animal cruelty? Hey, what's fair is fair. The USA is supposed to be a bible-thumping christian nation, and the bible does clearly say an eye for an eye (even though it's in the part of the bible that modern christians don't believe in anymore). So, is the dog going to be charged with human cruelty? It was self-defense after all. He was attacked. The cop attacked the guy first. The guy responded by hitting the cop. The cop's dog attacked the guy. The guy attacked the dog.

Heh, well see, he was obviously beyond ****** up to begin with, since he approached a cop to score his dust. So I'm guessing he didn't even realize the guy was a cop. So when the cop assaulted him by trying to restrain him, the guy did what most guys would do, which was to use force back. So when this dog shows up out of nowhere and bites the guy, I guess the guy did what was logical to him, and bit back.
