The once booming online casino forums have dried up like shrivelled prunes.
It seems like everything these days is on death watch due to the friggin gambling regulations and the god awful economic state it took us 100 years to reach where the worst is ahead of us and people are bailing out.

There used to be 100's of online casino-poker forums that had so many posters it was easy to get some dandy promotions 5-10 a day.Free money from casinos, pokerrooms and sportsbooks was coming out of the woodwork.Everything has completely dried up where these once thriving forums are dead.

If you listen to Alex Jones who many of the ill informed and brainwashed put in the nut category,he claims fast food and most forms of recreation-entertainment are already going through the same situation as gambling.I believe him because Starbuck's is coming apart at the seems and so are many other places where in hard times people feel it's not in their best interest to patronize. All the ** Donald's and Wendy's type places are in a frenzy to put out dollar menus but they are caught in a squeeze where the dollar is so tiny that you won't make a profit selling dollar stuff these days. That's the reason why you see all the fast food places hiring practically illegal aliens these days to save money.

The Indian owned land based casinos also seem to be taking an economic hit and all of a sudden have been putting tons of coupons in newspapers giving away $20 a day in cash for customers to show up.

Pity the poor ambitious entrepreneurs who believed in the false economy who were told by decades of puppet politicians that you can live the american dream by saving your hard earned cash, pulling yourself up by your bootstraps and disciplining and applying yourself. No one in their right mind with a sizeable amount of savings would stick their neck out in this economy to get into a donut holes R Us,or Fred Sanford's rib and Chittlin Joint venture these days.

I think Microsoft is absolutely crazy for buying Yahoo because of declining sales dollars on the internet and competition with Google who's always going to be the dominant player in internet search engines.

Another flop of the century will be the huge mega mall that the Kraft family that owns the Patriots is putting up next to the Patriots Stadium.Who's going to drive out to the boonies to pay inflated prices on the same junk you can buy at Wal Mart just because some Patriot may be hanging around that you can jock sniff.Talk about people over playing their hand and having inflated egos and inflated high expectations where they are too naive to see what's taking place.

Yeah, it sucks. Then if you decide to try and play somewhere the odds are they will fold in a week and you will lose everything.

oh the good old days where there were so many great bonuses that one couldn't complete them all... now I would do probably half of the ones that I thought were so bad then that I wouldn't spend two minutes reading the offers...

the other big issue is how hard it is to move money around, (without neteller) that it wouldn't be worth it if a good one came up...

Full tilt out of the blue yesterday e mailed me and offered me a $75 no strings attached bonus to come and play. So off I went to get my money. They have never done that for as long as I have played there.

Looking at the poker message boards looks like they gave one to just about everyone this time... they used to have general $300 reloads almost every other month back in the day but almost all seem to account specific at fulltilt this days...
