There are actually thousands of U.S. punters that believe I should have them ranked higher...............the rankings will never please the majority with perfection.

What they can do is a give U.S. punters food for thought and also brings up discussions such as we are having here............which is good for all involved.


There will always be disagreements, but not one member of the staff at FH INC. will ever take money from any sportsbook so they can have a higher ranking in these prestige rankings.

If I ever find a member of my staff doing such, they will be fired and sent packing immediately.

As to the problems with Bet Phoenix....I have deposited once with them. When it came time to withdrawal, they told me that the free option (check) was unavailable. So it ended up costing me $55 to get my money. Most people would not care about the fees, but I deposit only with books where I can get my money out cost free.
So later on I received a free play with them through SBR in which I won. I was playing the their "live" casino and it fukked me twice out of hits and stands. One time I doubled on an 11 and it gave me nothing! So anyways, I tried and tried to get through to the people who handled the live casino. The first time it took me 3 days to get a response through email which did not resolve the problem. So after 3 more days of arguing back and forth they gave me my money. The second time I never received a response and every time I called they gave me the run around. After being so frustrated, I just let it go cause it was only a few dollars.

The bottom line is that their customer service SUCKS!
I guess they do pay which is the #1 thing, but I'm sure there are more people like me who have been fukked with by them.

I learned my lesson and only use them for sports betting only and ONLY with SBR money!

Just wanted to share my not so good experiences with them.

Hope they are doing better for everyone else!

The facts are that there are not that many TOP NOTCH SHOPS at this time.........or probably ever will be...........and some will say never has been.

WE ARE RATING BUSINESSES THAT ARE FOR THE MOST PART COMPLETELY UNregulated by any jurisdiction of reputable quality.

This was my experience as well, only with me it was more like a few hundred dollars. I've e-mailed them numerous times about it, and they've ignored me.

I posted about this in a different thread. Their customer service is abysmal.

RW does have bad offerrings overall..............although some good lines at times.

I'm still looking for these unique lines... Looks like to me they just copy bookmaker's odds with the occasional 5 cent adjustment... Pretty sure I haven't missed them given it only takes about a minute to scan over all their offerings...

Also, weirdly, SBRodds numbers are often off and include prices for events they aren't offering... For example it shows they have a full slate of ML CF games and the only one listed on the their site is the conn/rutgers game tonight...

They have been cutting limits also...........

VERY solid in the pay department at this time and in their history......one of the best.

People sleep on BetPhoenix. They are a solid shop in my opinion with -105 juice.
