No, it's like the mini-Olympics across summer sports for all of the countries in the Commonwealth. Happens every 4 years - it's in Delhi this year. Pretty big deal for those countries that can compete ie Canada, UK, Australia, India, etc... A lot of easy money as the favourites win 90% of the time. Goddard is a Brit and should win this one quite easily.
