the guy would open his wallet sometimes and show me a few hundred bucks and when id ask him to make a 10 dollar payment as a sign of good faith he would tell me he needed the dough....what a nut now that i think about it.

friend of mine hooked me up with his cousin out in michigan.. kid was a college wannabe tough guy.. was supposed to be running for some guy in detroit that was made..

after my first week i was up like 500 -600 bucks.. i go to meet up and my envelope seems light.. i say wtf? he gives me a list of my plays.. and a decent sized teaser i had was marked as a lost because we had different prices.. it was USC to cover some stupid huge line and either a point or hook screwed me.. i let it slide because i was up either way and it was baseball playoffs and i was going to smoke this kid..

long story short.. a yankee game and a white sox game (year the sox won) .. and then two college week day games.. and the dude owes me 3500 bucks.. i know i got him.. no bullshit on the prices like the week before.. i decide to not give him my action over the weekend.... screw him.. i got money in my online accounts.. why give him some money back? at the same time.. i don't want to run 3500 up to like 7k and this dude turns ghost on me.. well i was smart.. i had a good weekend.. and my post up online book actually paid me.. The campus bookie.. well his detroit guy didn't get the plays or someshit.. i ruined the kids rep and that was that.. sucked.. i could have used the loot at the time.. i didn't come down on him because of his cousin ....and i regret it to this day.. because my friend shouldn't have introduced me if he was going to be a shady punk .. but the kid was close to me..

I called him on the third to verify if the funds were available and he told me they were not and had no way of telling me how/when he wud repay me. I spoke with him about it and told him the $ wasnt a issue to be but to just be honest. a few weeks went by and i still heard nothing from him. Now he wont even answer my phone calls/texts. Im about to just try and deposit the check he gave me(thats if he didnt put a stop payment on it), there's a 50/50 chance it will clear and overdraft his account or it will bounce. Worth a shot i guess.
