So what do we know about these 2 besides the fact that we can't get as many points on UAB now as we could have gotten just a short while ago.
We know that UAB beat Troy with a last second Hail Mary.
And now we all know Troy. We should also know that UAB has picked up 1079 yards of offense in the last 2 games. One of those games was a double overtime loss at Tennessee. In that game UAB racked up a 545-245 yardage edge against the Vols. But we also need to know their FG kicker missed 5 in that game. So that should have been a W.
Both teams will probably rotate QB's. UCF has not had great success with either of theirs and has 2 TD passes in the last 4 games. The numbers above tell you how UAB has done. UAB has only beaten Troy [but again should have beaten the Vols in Knoxville] while UCF has beaten Buffalo and South Dakota, but now we can't very easily dismiss getting blown out by Rutgers. They lost by a TD to NC State.
I could write more here, but I think I'll just go and grab the rather generous amount of points right now. Unless somebody rather quickly gives me a mighty strong argument not to.
