Got some deli meat from a market in my area. Felt sick as hell tonight. Dizziness, cramps, nausea, rapid heart beat, running to the john, vomited a bit. I'm sure its food poisoning. I think im heading to the ER in the morning if i dont feel better. What should i do with the meat? should i keep it for evidence? should i get it tested somewhere?

Keep a copy of your doctor's visit paperwork. Go to the store manager with it, and you may get some kind of gift certificate or something for your trouble.

Dr. will probably have lab work and a stool specimen taken to see if a parasite is in your system. This should come back either positive or negative--but do not play doctor yourself-go in the morning for sure-if you feel worse sooner-go to the ER. hope your better soon.Comment
