You could but you will most likely face charges yourself for video recording someone without their consent.

His attorney will move to have the evidence removed from court since it was recorded without his consent rendering your case against him defenseless but the charges against you would still stand.

Require both parties to consent to being recorded. ALL other states allow only one party consent (usually the one doing the recording).

i dont know where your from but here, we can shoot people when our life is endangered. just get new tires, tell him to try and slash your tires again. when he does , eliminate the other side of the story.

There are thousands of people who have been taped without their consent on Youtube. Haven't heard of many lawsuits there.
