inter tops a joke

i know it is only 20 dollars but i created a account for my mom last night before the pats game.. she put a 20 dollars parlay in to make 52 and it hit so the account was at 72 dollars it was then shut off and this is what support said

Melisa: Hello. How may I assist you?
you: why was my account disabled ?
Melisa: Can you please provide me the user id
you: 248lakers
you: elizabeth Gonzalez
Melisa: one moment please
you: do i need to contact my bank for fraud
Melisa: One moment please
Melisa: Our management has decided that your account should be closed, the money will be credited back to your credit card
you: i won a bet
Melisa: As i said this is a decision of the management
you: i have a balance of 70 dollars


they then shut off chat and that's all i got out of it ??

That betting behaviour is typical of someone who's taking a shot. Given that the CS rep didn't say it was closed due to multiple accounts under the same IP that's probably why it was closed.

Anyways, file a complaint form with SBR. They don't really have the right to not pay her because they think she's taking a free shot after the fact.
