Weekly Betting Roundup for September 27 – October 3
B. Sharps / Head Linesman / Legends
Hello players! Another busy week has concluded; let’s get right to it with this past Monday night. The house did need Chicago but the sharps piled in on the under heavy and most all the gimmicks with under was the Bears to make it a blah night for some books and big wins for some depending on clientele. We washed out as we have some of the heavy hitters.
Thursday was a big night for the players as Oklahoma State fell 3 allowing most bets to win or push and also most the players chased their money on Oklahoma State in the second half to make it a double win for some.
Friday was good for the books as Utah State won; the sharps took some of that money, though, on the total as they played under but still a much needed win for the house.
Saturday I’ll just gloss over some of the sharp plays; the winners were U Conn –7 ½, Ball State +20, Indiana +13, North Carolina -11 up to 13 during the week, Iowa State +7, Buffalo +3 ½, and Arizona State +4 ½. Their losers were with Maryland - 7 ½, Memphis +9, Kent State -1, LSU -14, and Marshall +10. The players had a good Saturday winning with U Conn -9, North Carolina -14, Temple -6, Idaho -4, Buffalo +3, Florida State - 6 ½, Iowa -7 ½, Boise -43, Hawaii -9, and ASU -3 ½. The ASU game was especially nasty as it fell 3 middling the books on a high action game. The house battled back a little winning with Minnesota +4, Virginia Tech -4, Colorado State +33, Colorado +5, and Oregon -7 but still a big win for the players.
Once again Sunday had to come to the book’s rescue and did not as glamorous as last week but good enough. The house wins were with Denver +6 ½, Baltimore +1 ½, San Francisco +6 ½, Rams +1 ½, and Jacksonville +7. The players countered with the Jets -5 ½, Houston -3 ½, and San Diego -9 and, luckily, the late game was split side and total so no big swings there. So another back and forth week with the books needing Sunday to prevail once again.
Good luck players! Talk to you next week.
