How's this for a bad, make that "horrific", beat... I had a future wager on the Colorado Rockies OVER 84 WINS on the season. A few short weeks ago, they were red-hot, sitting 82-66, an easy win for me...or so I thought. They proceed to lose 13 of their last 14 games, with more than half of those at home. These past 4 games in St. Louis they scored a grand total of 2 runs as they got swept, finishing at 83-79! One for the ages - UnF'nbelievable!
