He plays in a crap conference...on a team that plays late at night and is rarely seen on TV. When you play teams like UNLV, San Jose St, Hawaii, Utah, Idaho, New Mexico St, La Tech......people aren't going to pay you much attention.

Put Kaepernick in the Big 12 and the guy probably looks like a bum. Guy plays in a gimmick offense and has some athletic ability among a conference of scrubs.

Dirty you might be right about Nevada's schedule, but have you seen Michigan's schedule so far? It's been worse than Nevada's. Today was the 1st time Michigan played a real team and look what happen. D Robinson must have left his cape at home today

It was a good win but it means nothing really. How many #3-4 teams have lost to Top 25 or even unranked teams? This is not Appalachian State winning in Ann Arbor. Kaepernick will be working at 7-11 next year and tell people who come in that he beat BSU and they'll say "who the fukk are you?"

That is why a lot of teams in NFL are using "pistol" offense

and how many of the good teams in the NFL run a pistol offense? None

The guy is a good college QB, but not NFL material, unless he switched to a receiver or something like that. Then he might have a chance.
