uh no. Defensive schemes in the NFL are way too complicated for a college QB to read for one game. Plus, with the top corners in the world the NFL team could just lock everybody up and run different blitz packages all day long. The college QB would hardly ever get a throw off unless it was a 3 step drop and then his receiver would get mugged at the line. Even worse, I would expect to see negative rushing yards. They'd easily get over powered at the LOS. Gino Torretta throwing a TD pass is hilarious.
