these ppl are criminals. when talking with them on the phone, they end the call with a series of questions. just rattling off questions confirming what you just talked about. then at the end they whisper "so we can go ahead and extend ur service thru so-and-so date", and if you didnt just yes them to get off the phone then u unwittingly signed up for another year.............Comment -
