Youwager has called my cellphone 16 times since Tuesday. 6 times after i answered and told the guy i had no money to deposit with them. They call from a 310 area code.

Bookmaker calls my home number about 2 times a week and leaves me a message.

I'm not opposed to playing with either book but if I want to deposit with your book I know how to get in touch with you.

It takes a few seconds to do so and problem solved. It would take a fraction of the time to make this thread and post how you're "pounded by calls" all week and how annoyed you are. It's quite comical actually.

If youwager is calling you 16X since Tuesday, then there's something goofy here. 16X?? I can't picture any person that works for them or any book that will call someone 16X in 4 days! Even if you opened several account in order to enter contests by using fake names but added the same number. Even then, 16X is absolutely insane. I don't believe it.

If it's true, call the toll free number and ask them to please remove you from the calling list. Just like that, no more calls.

They might even have LIVE CHAT or this thing called electronic mail AKA e-mail.

I have 5 accounts online. 3 books have never called me and they get less of my money than the other 2 books that call me every once in awhile and only when I am empty. I personally don't mind the calls. I have good salespeople call me who are respectful.

They've called me non-stop all week as well. I've talked to them three or four times and told them I have no money to deposit right now and they would call back three hours later. I've just stopped answering their calls.

who cares if you give them you number? My bookie had my number when I used one and now that I use offshore books I consider it the same.

If you don't want calls, politely tell them. No more calls. It's not rocket science

This, the only book Ive given my real number to are the one Ive deposited real money into, other wise enter you number one number off then you can also claim it was a typo or you have a new number at a future date.

I get calls a couple times a year because my accounts are usually loaded. just between us, I can live with that.

personally I don't get why guys bitch about getting called too much. Some just like to complain I suppose. Personally, if something bothers me I look for ways to fix it rather that do nothing and continue being irritated. Call me strange.

Can't see how this is really that big of a deal... Sometimes they offer better deals over the phone so when they call I just ask them what they are offering... If I'm not interested I say so and if they persist I just hang up... Not a big issue at all...

If you don't like the calls do as other suggested and "accidentally" mistype your number when you sign up or give them a number of an enemy or something... Way too many ways to address your problem if you think creatively...

Another example is ** or ** agents or bank tellers when people get scared when they question them... Just make up a story about sending the money to your Filipino wife's mother or tell them you are in the adult entertainment industry... All part of the game of playing off shores and these problems are way to easy to deal with...

I simply don't answer calls from the 305 area code.
My voice message says, "Sorry I can't answer my phone right now. I do not answer calls from 305, please use my email." This has greatly reduced the number of calls I get. I do get email, but my computer has a delete button.
